
INGREDIENTS
1 or more soft pretzels (bake at home kit)
Butter
2 - 3 eggs per pretzel
Frying pan
PREPERATION
Use instructions in the bake at home kit to help make the pretzel dough!
DIRECTIONS
Heat the frying pan over medium to high heat.
Coat the frying pan with melted butter.
Place one soft pretzel into the frying pan with top side facing up.
Crack eggs into the two large pretzel holes.
Pop a lid on the frying pan and fry until the egg is cooked.
The pretzel may be left uncovered and flipped with a spatula to make over easy eggs.
*NOTE: Internal (core) temperature of the fully fried egg should meet or exceed 75C.*
