Try this amazing soft pretzel and chicken stuffing recipe to truly add a bit of ‘je ne sais quoi’ to your Sunday dinner! It’s simple and tasty- what more do you need? 

 

INGREDIENTS  

10 soft pretzels made from Auntie Anne's© Homemade Baking Mix (do not salt or butter the pretzels)

Flour (for dusting)

Nonstick spray/ baking paper 

4 stalks celery, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

400ml chicken stock

3 eggs, beaten

225g butter

2 teaspoons poultry/savoury seasoning

9”x13” pan

175g evaporated milk

  

PREPARATION 

Follow the directions on your home baking kit in order to prepare the dough. You can buy the kit at any of your local Auntie Anne’s UK stores.

 

DIRECTIONS

First of all, melt the 225g of butter and add the chopped celery and onion. Then Sauté on medium heat until onions are transparent. Take off the heat. 

Next, cut up the 10 pretzels (this will equal the entire contents of your Pretzels & More Baking Mix).

Add the pretzel pieces, eggs, evaporated milk, and chicken stock to the sautéed onions and celery. Sprinkle in the savoury seasoning and mix all ingredients together.

Either spray the 9” x 13” pan with the non stick spray or line with baking paper. 

Cover and bake in the pan at 175°C for 30 minutes.

Finally, uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes. We hope you like it!
